Product Description

We have produced Marine Anchor Chain since 2015, including stud link anchor chain, studless link anchor chain, mooring chain(R3,R3S,R4,R4S). Classification certificates of  ABS, LR, BV, NK, DNV, KR, BV, CCS are avialable for our anchor chains and mooring chains. Chain Diameter Range

Our anchor chains are available in a wide range of diameters, from 16mm to 130mm, ensuring flexibility in meeting the diverse needs of global customers. The chain diameter directly affects the load-bearing capacity and structural integrity of the chain.

Material Options

We offer three primary material options for our anchor chains:

• Q235 (Grade AM1): A low-carbon steel with good weldability and moderate strength, suitable for general-purpose applications.
• CM490 (Grade AM2): A medium-carbon steel with enhanced mechanical properties, offering better strength and toughness compared to Q235.
• CM690 (Grade AM3): A high-strength steel with excellent tensile strength and impact resistance, ideal for heavy-duty and deep-sea applications.

 Chain Length and Link Dimensions

• Chain Length: Standard chain lengths are 27.5 meters or can be customized according to customer specifications.
• Link Dimensions: The link size varies depending on the chain diameter. For example:
  • 16mm diameter: Link length is approximately 75mm, link width is 45mm.
  • 130mm diameter: Link length is approximately 600mm, link width is 360mm.

These dimensions are designed to ensure proper load distribution and durability under various operational conditions.

Our anchor chains are manufactured using CM490 and CM690 steel, which offer superior tensile strength and impact resistance. For example:

• 12.5mm diameter chain in CM490 has a tensile strength of 66kN.
• 12.5mm diameter chain in CM690 has a tensile strength of 132kN.
• 130mm diameter chain in CM690 has a tensile strength of 7060kN .
