G60 Stainless Welding Steel Chain For Industry/ Buoy/Lifting Equipme

 

1.Material
G30 we usually use Q235,Q195.
G43&G50 we usuallyuse 20MnsiCm490.
G65&G70 we usually use Cm690,20Mn2.
G80 we usually use20Mn2,25MnV and 23MnCrNiMo54
2.Welding
The welding must be located in the middle of a link branch.Anyzz excess of material after welding has to be removed.
The diameter of the welding must not exceed the tolerance and must not be smaller than the diameter of the link.

3.Heat Treatment
Heat treatment;it must be treated according to the standard to ensure the temperature in the heat treatment.
The temperature and speed of heat treatment equipment shall meet the chain standard.

 

4.Breaking Load
The breaking load of the chain in its finished state
must be equal to or higher than the reguired
breaking load according to the type and grade of
chain.The breakage shall never occur on the
welding,even if the theoretical breaking load has
been reached.
 

5.Elongation
1.The elongation under the test load (60% of breaking) is less than 1.4%-1.6%,so as to ensure that the product will
not be stretched or deformed during use.
2. Under the breaking load,the elongation is greater than 12% to ensure the toughness ofthe chain and ensure the
safety of use
